Reads Like A Seven is an irregular evening of live readings by writers and authors on the subject of video games.

Launched in 2012 at the Nottingham Game City Festival the event has featured luminaries such as Marvel comic book author Kieron Gillen, The Guardian’s literary critic Steven Poole, deputy editor of the New Statesman, Helen Lewis, Guardian Games Blog editor Keith Stuart and many others.

The event is organised and run by New Yorker contributor Simon Parkin.
